Dawn Wing staff blatantly **** about my delivery! I still haven't received this!

My order was collected from Makro Ottery the week before last Friday and was supposed to be delivered to me last week. On Thursday, I tracked my parcel and found that there was apparently an issue with the address and this parcel could not be delivered. I phoned in TWICE on Friday and spoke to TWO different reps who both assured me it would be delivered today. I have just called in again to find out where my parcel is, explained the situation to your rep and was told there were no notes from either of the other two reps regarding my call on Friday and that my parcel is still sitting on the floor of your depot. Over and above your reps blatantly lying to me about my order, NO ONE has called me, emailed me or smsed me any sort of update. If I hadn't phoned in about this delivery issue, that parcel would still be sitting on your floor, I would be oblivious that there was any sort of issue and my kids would not have a birthday present to open. Someone in upper management better call me today with a solution to this problem. Absolutely appalling that this is the sort of "service" you provide. ***. I'm waiting!
