Dawn Wing, South Africa’s leading express courier company my A$$!!

If I could rate a 0, I would. Their service is terrible. My parcel was received at one of their depots and delivery was scheduled for the Monday. It did not arrive. I called on Tuesday, to find out it had been transported to another depot because they got my address wrong, they then said it arrive on the Wednesday. It is now Wednesday afternoon and after numerous calls the parcel has still not been dispatched. Their customer care and responses are appalling. I have sent out numerous emails and called and they just tell me the same thing “it will be delivered tomorrow”. After numerous emails, involving supervisors and cotton on specialists who deal with the Cotton On orders - no one responds. Absolutely pathetic. Will not be using them again.
