I have never sent a parcel overnight, completely out of my work duties, however i spoke to a Lady called Bonita, oh my goodness she was pleasant and funny and so helpful, made my morning of stress so easy and free, helped me all the way, please ask to speak to Bonita her ext is 8033 - will definitely be dealing with her again in the future. well done excellent attitude and made my day.
