Dawn Wing repeat disa

Dawn Wing has to be the worst courier company in the country. More than once they have failed to deliver a parcel after sending an sms that it was out for delivery on the day. I received an sms yesterday morning and yet no package. The last time they failed to deliver to my address 2 days in a row. I had to drive to their warehouse in Isando on a rainy Saturday morning with my baby in tow to fetch my package personally. I simply do not understand why they do not call customers to inform them of failure to deliver and why. They just don't care. They are the worst courier company, I don't see why companies use their services.
