Dawn Wing Refund

I have been waiting for a refund of about R1295 since 15th January 2019. I have sent numerous emails to Nikki Hattingh and it take days for her to reply.

I asked again on 24th January about the refund and she said she will ask finance dept. I got no reply for 8 days.

Sent an email again 5th Feb and she said she will get back to me 1st thing today. Still nothing.

It's been 3 weeks and still no refund. I will now involve the company's legal dept as a last resort.

Will never ever use Dawn Wing again.
