Dawn wing really provides **** service

Dawn wing has got to be the ****tiest courier company I've ever come across. I have been making numerous calls from the 25th November 2020 as the tracking number said eta would have been by the 25th to date. Their customer service is of no ****EN help either as I've wasted airtime from November to date just for my parcel to be delivered.

I livid to say the least, just a bunch of incompetence and don't even have the audacity and decency to contact you and inform you of the progress of finding the parcel. I have people on my back waiting for their things and all they can do is ignore my mails and my calls.

Don't waste your time on this useless courier company even if it's the last thing you do.
