waybill ***D1 was suppose to be receiving my parcel that I had to wait long for then whoever that was suppose to deliver did not own up to that instead I get an SMS later on the day telling me that they could not deliver due to an error with the address when it was not even my home address it was an address of my work place and I registered it hoping that it will be more convenient but still they failed to deliver this is not a way to conduct business at all and the doors to business are bound to be shut sooner or later because of such service No attempt to call me and confirm the address was made now the driver turned back with my parcel which is so inconvenient not for only me but for the company as well cause now the needs to be an attempt for delivery again

I am soo irritated and frustrated right now then after holding for more than 10 minutes my order will be arriving the following week like this is soo not good its pathetic service
