Dawn wing promises

Promises from them to deliver my parcel. I will definitely get my parcel on the 1st December. Nothing to date. Know the excuse is they have a back log due to black friday. The branch will phone me. Nothing yet after many calls and promises. I want my parcel today still. Mr manager get off your seat and in to your car and deliver it. I ordered this stuff before black Friday already.
