Dawn Wing - poor service

I received a sms indicating the driver will be at my house within the next 4 minutes. I left work and thought the driver will in any event contact me should I be late. Needless to say I did not receive a call nor was he at my house (left already). I phoned the number on the sms and was transferred from one person the another even ending up in Cape Town!! What frustrates me the most is that the lady (Amanda) said he did call me, but I have my cell phone to proof that I did not receive a call after I was placed on hold for approximately 8 minutes. I have never received such bad service / *********** personnel and will never order anything from supplier that uses Dawn Wing. I will inform the supplier as well as anybody that wants to do business with Dawn Wing
