Dawn Wing poor service

<p>This right here is not acceptable!!! What was the reason for me top type the delivery instruction if it’s only a waste of time and energy because clearly your courier does not read them:</p> <p> </p> <p>Delivery instructions:</p> <p>Please Contact Me before delivery ********** 441 for my availability so that when I'm not around can arrange with my neighbours</p> <p> </p> <p>I t was clear that I should be called before delivery however that was not done the only communication I get is this email below telling me no body was available at my house hence was not contacted.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very very disappointed by your poor customer service, if the delivery instruction is not used why include it.</p>
