Dawn Wing poor customer service
Hi I would like make a few comments about Dawn wing. I ordered a package of masks from Durban last Monday 11/05/20. Dawn wing collected these on Tuesday. I have sent 3 emails , the last one being yesterday 18/05/20 trying to find out where my package was as they said their phone lines were not working. After the email yesterday I received a phone call from them confirming my delivery address and time for next day delivery. Today 19/05/20 I received an email to confirm my address again, which I did. I rep**** again concerned about where my delivery is. I am still to receive a response or my delivery. The worst customer service I have come across.

I was told this morning that I will be advised on a delivery date. After a delivery was scheduled with me yesterday.
UPS delivery a package for me from Ohio in the United States, this package was dispatched by the sender the same day Dawn swing received my package in Durban. I received the UPS package yesterday. I don’t think I need to explain how poor this service is any further.
