Dawn Wing - Poor Courier service and bad customer service

I was expecting a shipment to be delivered before 17:00, as it arrived in Pretoria Depot on Saturday, 7 May 2022, @ 04:00. It only left the depot this morning at 09:19. Why so late? I tried three times to call their service centre, but each time ended up in a long queue. This indicates that they are understaffed and can't cope with the number of incoming calls. I sent 3 emails and only received 1 reply. It is now 16:56 so I assume that I won't receive my delivery today. What poor service and absolute customer failure!
