Company does not value customer service. Been using their services for years and had numerous accounts of lack of service delivery, poor customer service, drivers do not pitch for collections, on top of that, their lack of communication is worse. Durban branch never takes any calls, when you contact head office must queue in line from 40+ numbers, when you get to an agent, they hit you with apologies and their lack of communication and service delivery continues. They full of excuses and empty promises. Please don't waste your money on this courier service,
