Dawn Wing!!! Pathetic!!

My parcel from dawn wing was supposed to be delivered today, that was the estimated time for delivery, yesterday I got a call from them asking if I could pick up the parcel from the next town almost 60km away, i dont know anyone in that town that could collect it for me or anything, I am at work and cant collect it myself, so now I get a sms saying sorry my parcel cant be delivered today because I failed at collecting it!!!

Pathetic!!!
