Dawn Wing Pathetic Customer Service

The service is pathetic. The company has been chilling with my parcel since Friday last week. I’ve called their call center 3 times since Tuesday and i’d be promised that i will receive it on the day but it’s now Wednesday and still haven’t delivered my parcel and what hurts is that the service is not for free, i paid for it but it looks like they’re doing me a favour.
