DAWN WING PATHETIC!!!!!
The service from this company is terrible. I am waiting for a package for 5days now. Everytime you call them they said that they spoke to the manager and he will contact me. I am still waiting for that call. I must have made 10calls to this company to find out where my package and everytime I got told the same thing. PATHETIC!!!!! Companies using Dawn Wing should be careful they might loose sales because of them.

Eventually when I do get an answer they tell me the package is lost and they will be ordering a new one from the supplier. I still have no response with regards to this!!! How can a company function like this and more so how do other companies use Dawn Wing as a courier service. this is utter bull....
