DAWN WING = PATHETIC

Our parcel was supposed to be delivered on 12 February BEFORE 17:00. The Dawn Wing driver only came at 17:40 when we were no longer at home.

We called Dawn Wing on 13 February to reschedule for Thursday 14 February - NOTHING WAS RECEIVED. We called again on 14 February and rescheduled for today 18 February. AGAIN NOTHING WAS RECEIVED.

We called AGAIN on 18 February 2019 and the agent advised that it was scheduled for Thursday 21 February - WHEN WE ARE NOT HOME!!! I had to ask her twice to reschedule for Wednesday 20 February 2019.

I called again on 20 February 2019 and the agent advised that it is STILL booked for delivery on 21 February!!!! This is not the first time that we received such POOR service from Dawn Wing. It is DISCUSTING!!!
