Dawn wing parcel delivery not in the car?! Where is it

I have a delivery that was due for delivery yesterday the 23rd December but it didn’t arrive and I got an sms from Dawn wing in the evening that it was due to administrative issues and would be delivered today the 24th December. Today the courier guy Thabiso came but without the parcel and advised that it might have been packed in another car in error. This is ridiculous and I wanted this parcel available for Christmas. This was an order I placed on RunwaySale and they pay Dawn Wing to ensure their clients are happy but this experience has been unpleasant for me. I don’t know if I can trust that I’ll get my orders in time. The reference number is RS***. Can someone arrange for my parcel to get to me by end of day today.
