Dawn wing package overdue

I ordeded a parcel from zando i started recieving an sm's that my parcel will be delivered in 02/12/19 friday 05/12/2019 i called was promised that my parcel will be delived between 16:00 and 17:00 no parcel came on monday 09/12/2019 i called again i was promised 16:30 its 17:30 now i still haven't got it im angry and disappointed because my life has to stop because i have to keep arranging at work to be available to revieve
