Dawn Wing only delivers bad service

This is seriously the worst courier company in South Africa. Our little local place is more efficient. I have ordered from Kloppers and received the tracking number. The system for tracking is supposedly down but it does not say it is. When calling the help line I was treated very rudely and was promised that I would be called back by the appropriate person. 3 days later and still nothing. I have sent emails and tried using the online chat, which keeps telling me that there is no-one there. Why have online chat if no-one is there to chat? Then I try calling the helpline again and it does not get answered. I am so frustrated and can't work out why anyone would possibly use this terrible company.
