Dawn Wing offeres pathetic customer service

I have been calling the call centre since the 19/12/2018 to track my parcel and they never returned my calls. I called the Durban branch this morning at 10h21 and was promised by the receptionist that somebody called Devesh would call back and still nothing. I tried calling the branch and the call centre and there's no answer. You are a the perfect example why customer service in this country is failing.
