Dawn Wing - Not the leader in expertise!

After 1 picked up call I am put on hold for 3 minutes and then the call is dropped. I call again only to have the line answered 4 times and dropped immediately all 4 times. Calling the 3rd and final time my call goes unanswered.<br> <br> This after my delivery is late, I was promised that it would be in my hands by 11h00 this morning but yet I am sitting here with no feedback or response to my queries. <br> <br> My gut tells me I'm R16999 short thanks to this company.<br> <br> I suggest o use DHL for all your courier requirements, this company isn't at all serious about their clients.
