Dawn Wing not reliable do not use them

Gave package to Dawn Wing on the 23rd March to go to Hanoi Vietnam it is still in South Africa asked for a refund and return of package have not heard from them. They said no flight to Vietnam I asked why not use another airport i.e. Hong Kong no reply disgusted with the service from them.
