Dawn wing not reliable

I have been waiting for my parcel its been 3 days now, the guy will call and say they are on the way and later on I get this sms below

Your parcel from MYRUNWAY ref RS***9 could not be delivered.DPD Laser ***

When I check on the site the notes are saying the customer was not reachable, why the lies.... can you please deliver my order
