Dawn Wing not Delivering Parcels

Dawn wing is paid to deliver parcels however they don't, they sit in their vehicle and send a message claiming they are outside the address and SUMMON the client to them, however they are NOWHERE to be found close to the address. They also don't supply drivers cell no so you can't even speak to him. Can't DW drivers get out their vehicles and deliver parcels as they are being paid? Several times I had dealings with DW and each time I was disappointed at their lack of service delivery,they are just useless and ***********.
