Dawn wing, no service at all

It took them 4 sms's from 5 Jan to 18 Jan to deliver my parcel. I emailed, called and sent 10 pcm's to this company DPD or Dawn Wing couriers, I am still waiting for them to call me back or email me. our government has ****py service but eventually they reply or call. Not this company. I tracked my parcel but every day there was a different reason for not delivering my parcel. I would never ever support this company.
