Dawn Wing no service

Purchased goods that needed to be delivered. Supplier used Dawn Wing. Somewhere someone changed delivery address. I contacted them on Friday to fix address. On Monday same thing delivery address wrong can’t deliver. Contacted them once again to fix it and the lady said that she will get them to go back and deliver it to me. Tuesday and still nothing. Phoned them again and I was told my parcel is laying at the warehouse. I don’t know how long it will lay there as I have not received any correspondence from them. I told them to send the gift back and refund my money. Hope supplier will consider another courier service as this Dawn Wing is going to cost them a lot with this pathetic service.
