A pretty useless courier service if you ask me. Spoke to Samantha at the call Centre - lovely woman I just hate that she’s working for such *********** business owners. Samantha had to break the news to me that my parcel could not be collected from the warehouse, despite delivery being logged as an overnight (ONX1) by default as the company I ordered a few things from just uses hat service. “But that sounds about right and makes sense”, you say. Yes but I ordered from a shop within the same city as me and somehow it is not only being delivered TOMORROW, i’ll Only receive it at 6PM with no option to f###ing collect. Their website says delivery for overnight caters for the recipients to receive their packages at 11am but apparently the ONX1 code notions that the delivery type is variable and might take days. I’m literally around the corner, guys. Can I fetch my ***? I’ll literally buy whoever lets me do it a Streetwise two. Gawd damn it I tried. I really did. I even offered to meet them at the pickup point (as collections from the tender company are suspended due to the pandemic) but surely j could make a plan. But nope. Earlier today I was informed that they could bring my parcel to my flat in 2 hours. It’s just a shame I didn’t pick the express package before I thought of that. Not like I had a choice. You pieces of absolute trash. I expect you to refund Wootware Computers for all their hard work and consideration and our incompetence. I don’t care if I paid for delivery, just refund them. They deserve it. Not you
