Dawn Wing No delivery

1) I ordered a pair of shoes from Cape Union Mart Online(Cape Town) on The 25th Feb 2022.Dawn Wing indicated that it would be Delivered to me on the 2nd March 2022 Dawn Wing collected same and to their Depot in Cape Town 2) It Arrived at another Depot On the 27th Feb @ 10:35 ?? 3) It arrived at yet another Depot on the 28th Feb @ 15:01 ?? 4) The 1st March got this message @ 15:3 "Your delivery has been scheduled for Mar 2 2022 6:30PM" 5) 2nd March @ 14:45 "Your parcel is on its way to its next location"????? 6) 2 March 2022 @6:30pm no parcel.Call Dawn Wing Customer Care.Agent tells me it was sent to another depot(yest again????).She does not know when it will be delivered. Its almots a week now and I dont have my parcel??
