Dawn wing must close down

Awful service... I had to call more than 10 times before my call was answered and when it was answered the person I dealt with said they were going to check something for me and they would get back to me within 5 minutes.. Did they call back? NO Was my package on time? No... Dawn wing are a waste and should just close down
