Dawn Wing - Most *********** courier company ever!

Dawn Wing have got to be THE worst courier company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with! I have been waiting on my most recent parcel for over a week, and was contacted for the first time yesterday (i.e. one whole week after them receiving my parcel), and was contacted again this morning, and still nothing!!! I've been tracking it online and watched how it didn't move for days!! And recently how it gets scanned into and out of the cage but never actually makes it to it's final destination! What the hell is the issue?!

And that is just this time, I've consistently had problems with them in the past and am beginning to seriously lose my patience. They are incredibly slow, are incapable of communicating, and quite frankly I'm considering of cancelling one of my subscription services which they are responsible for delivering just so that I never have to deal with them again!
