Dawn Wing lost wing

I did an online order that got botched up as you will read in my Zando review, I tried to get the Courier company to redirect the parcel to our holiday destination which Zando had failed to do. Dawnwing assured me they had redirected the parcels....... they kept promising to contact me to inform me what was happening never did such poor service as to recieving the promised parcels..... never happened recieved one parcel when we returned from holiday and other parcel is missing. I was promised the parcel will be delivered 5 days ago never happened......
