Dawn Wing lost my parcel

I’m very disappointed with Dawn Wing! Last week Thursday I received a text from Dawn Wing saying that my parcel is out on delivery to my workplace and enclosed in the text was a link that allows the changes to be made with regards to the delivery address. Because I’ve been working from home since March, I immediately changed the address to my home address. Guess what, Mr Morris Baloyi still made a trip to my workplace and phones me to come receive the parcel (which is a surprise gift by the way, which is why it ended up at the wrong address). The following day on Friday, I received a call from someone at Dawn Wing who promised that delivery will definitely take place on Saturday. I kept my phone on me the and stayed at home the whole day but the parcel didn’t arrive and nobody called me. This morning I decided to phone their call centre but you know what, their lines are down, nobody picks up after many many attempts. To my shock, I decided to track and trace the parcel *** just one more time but now the status says MANIFESTED! I have no idea what that means but I’m worried that they may have lost my parcel.
