DAWN WING LOST MY PACKAGE

On 2 December I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Reebok. Upon placing my order, the estimated date of delivery was between 10 & 12 December.

After Dawn Wing couriers nit delivering the package within the initial given dates, I had to change the delivery address to my home address as our office was closing. The package was finally delivered on Tuesday, 17 December. However, when my husband met the delivery driver at the gate, he was handed 2 boxes and pointed out to the driver (Wanda) that the address and contact person on the 1 box is for someone else, he got rude and said it is our box, as that is what the warehouse gave him and it is right, we must take it. He then left.

Once we opened both boxes, we saw that the 1 pair (correctly addressed) was indeed my husband's shoes. The other box, however, is someone entirely different's. I have been in constant contact with both Reebok and Dawn wing couriers, to find out where my package is and to arrange collection of the poor person's shoes who were wrongfully delivered to us.

With each phone call not 1 single person can tell me where my package is, and they keep on saying that they are 'investigating' (which is apparently code for I have no clue what I am doing neither does anyone else at this piece of **** courier company).

I have made it crystal clear that I need the package before 10am Friday, 20 December, as we are going on holiday and the shoes are a christmas present.

I expect the shoes will not be delivered in time, and I will have issues getting my shoes or a refund from Reebok.

In future, I will ask which courier a company makes use of BEFORE purchasing ANYTHING and if the answer is Dawn wing, I will NOT be supporting them and will take my business to someone who uses a different courier.

I am an avid online purchaser and have NEVER experienced such a problem with any other postal service (NOT even SAPO!!!)

Dawn wing is by FAR the worst courier company in the country, and your lack of service is absolutely disgusting.
