Dawn Wing - Long delivery, no phone line

I ordered a parcel and the delivery partner is Dawn Wing. The parcel was shipped from Jhb to Durban immediately. However, the parcel is stuck at the Durban distribution centre for a while now. The call line does not help either. Been trying all day to make a call but never got through. Delivery of the item is quite urgent. Just make sure that the shop you order from is not using Dawn Wing as a delivery partner. Rather request that another delivery company is used, or get a friend to pick up the parcel and post it to you. Save yourself the hassle.
