The complacency and incompetence is appalling, they don’t deliver on time , they don’t contact you and apologize for the delays , their offices are not contactable and they don’t respond to emails . My parcel left Cotton On 30th Oct , today is the 5th and I’ve neither received the parcel nor received feedback from them . They’re worse than a govt service provider .
