Dawn Wing Is Useless

Dawn Wing is just full of empty promises and their staff doesnt take pride in what they do.

My experience is as follows: I had ordered a beauty item from Switch beauty who they use Dawn Wing to courier. On Monday 2nd December the parcel had arrived at Dawn Wing and On tuesday the 3rd i got onto the website and spoke to a consultant on the chat service regarding my parcel and advised me it will arrive today before 6 or the next day. nowhere had the consultant told me my address is wrong but here is the best part on Thursday when i queried again the consultant on the chat thing told me my address is wrong so i asked them to show me the address and it was correct and yes dawn wing has delivered to the same address before and it was from swiitch beauty... So then the consultant Casian Mlimo asked me for my company name whcih was given via email. She advised me that it will be delivered on that day the 5th as i was leaving to durban the friday and i needed the parcel. Casian then advised me she is going to make a special delivery to my house as it was already after 4 and i leave the office by then. My Home Address was given to her for delivery thursday night for after 6pm-Note that i had to cancel my plans to sit at home and wait for this parcel which should have arrived days ago. I waited right till 9 pm and nothing had arrived which was nothing new to expect from dawn wing just another lie i mean really... Friday morning i sent Casian a email to advise her nothing got delivered, She called me and acted as if she was sad my parcel didn't come to me and she didn't have a answer why i will tell you why because she didn't have it organised to send the parcel to me. I was now so frustrated as i was leaving to durban so i advised her i dont want anymore excuses and i just want my parcel delivered and i also told her that when the driver comes i want to sign for it. The driver arrived at 9 and just let the reception sign and didnt even leave a waybill. When i got the parcel about 5 mins after that i opened it and it was broken. So i immediately called Casian but there was no answer so i sent her email advising and asked her to call me. I then reverted to switch beauty and they calle dme immediately and arranged for a replacement. Then i sent another email to Casian to Call me and till today she hasnt what a professional she is im sure she gets alot of awards for not keeping the customer happy. On monday the 9th December i go onto te webiste to chat to a consultant hoping il get Joy Casian was on it so i chatted to her asking her why hasnt she called me yet and she totally ignored my q and beated around the bush making other statements etc etc which frustrated me at the point where i was being rude to her. I dont understand what was so hard for her to do than just give me a call she acted like she did the replacement and when i was the first ot call the company. My replacement hasnt even got delivered yet. Two people called me yesterday from Dawn also of no use just heard my story and said they will call me back and im still awaiting my issue is that Casian just frustrated me as i asked a simple thing it isnt even now about the replacement and the previous one that is broken, Dawn Wing is useless
