Dawn Wing is unreliable

In August 2018 I received a message that Dawn Wing had a package that needed to be delivered. I contact them to inform them that my address had changed at provided the correct address. A few days passed and I didn't receive my parcel. I phoned them and had to wait for at least 3 minutes until I got an answer. I then used my parcel tracking number on their site and saw that them delivered my package to the old address. I phoned them again and logged my complaint. They told me that they would collect the parcel and being it to my current address. However I still dis not receive my parcel and numerous attempts contact them via messages and telephone was unsuccessful. I have had no feedback nor reply what soever.
