Dawn wing is the worst delivery/courier company

I have had the worst experience with Dawn wing. I placed an order in the bash app on the 31st December 2023. My order was handed to Dawn wing couriers same day. I got a message that they will deliver on the 3rd Jan. Waited and the delivery never happened. I got a message on the 4th that the order was going to be delivered on the day. And it never arrived. It’s the 8th today and Dawn wing still hasn’t delivered my parcel. I cannot get help from bash as they told me that they don’t have numbers that I can call to track my order. I called Dawn wing customer care and spoke to Awelani and guess what I still did not get any help.
