DAWN WING IS THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst courier service ever!!! Would not recommend this to anyone who wants proper service. Got an sms that my parcel would be delivered stayed at home all day Noone came. Checked online and it stated my parcel had been delivered, called the call center 3 times getting different answers. 2 days later and in tears I called again (After being previously told my parcel will be delivered the next day) Call center agent had the nerve to say maybe come and collect if the parcel is urgent?!!!

We could not complete your delivery as the notification daily???!!
