Dawn wing is so horrible

Dawn wing is so horrible the service is so poor . Agents are so unproffession with less info. I had to do their job myself . They promised 2 deliver in less than 3 days but made me wait for more than 5days. When i track my order online they say parcel will be delivered on the 7th feb but its already the 9th and still nothing from them not even a call or sms
