Dawn wing is inefficient and a joke

Cotton On uses them for their online orders,long story short I have been waiting for my parcel since 28 April 2020,today is 20 May 2020 and I still have not received my parcel,Dawn Wing is a joke and I hope companies like Cotton On stop torturing its customers by using them.
