The latest is that I had a parcel that took 7 days from DBN to East London and was still not delivered.

ONLY after I had to pick up the phone and call JHB HQ was the parcel delivered by East London but not before I had been told the bakkie has broken down.

However, JHB call centre agent Annie has said that the changes will be void BUT yet I get invoice for it and now 120 days overdue.

I emailed Dianne at accounts, but she never replies and is never at her desk. I even attempted to the local branch OPP manager to get the Branch Manager to assist - yet NO JOY!

Still getting billed for "this disaster of an delivery effort" that took 7 days.
