Dawn Wing is a let down, a complete waste of time

this company is such a let down - i get an sms saying my delivery will be done today at my home residence so i stayed home to make sure im here to collect it - then at 3.15pm i get an sms from the driver Koketso Maake that im the next delivery - from 3.15pm to 6pm no-one comes - no phone calls - nothing. i eventually at 6pm call the courier company Dawn Wing and im told that my address was incomplete - YET the sms i got in the morning contained my Full address which i re-confirmed again to the lady - she then says that the driver has gone home and wont be delivering today - this company is such a waste of time !!
