Dawn wing is a big mess!!

I have been using Dawn wing for a while but this time they really got me thinking why should i continue? However i am not in a position to change this as the service provider Makro uses their services. I have been waiting for an order to be delivered since the 11th and when i track online it says cant get hold of customer. No phone call, no sms or email was sent to me to advise of expected delivery why?????? There is clearly a break of communication between dawn wing and consumer and they don't seem to care about their client's expectations. Makro should do something about this today otherwise im just cancelling this order. This is very unacceptable.
