Dawn Wing International is a Joke

I receive a few international parcels and deal with Dawn Wing from Aramax and DHL. Every time I have to deal with Dawn wing there is an issue. Dawn Wing you are very unprofessional, your agents do not reply to emails. I keep asking for confirmation of payment and when they finally reply 2 days later, they say they have not received. When I resend a few times, I get told its confirmed and I must wait another 48 hours. 2 days ago I would have had my package already. The ADMIN side is a disgrace. My parcel was deliverd to SA on the 9th August and its now the 23rd only after 7 calls did someone agree to send me the clearing. Clearing agent is a joke. On the other hand - Your Delivery guys are always friendly and reliable. Get your admin staff in gear.
