Dawn wing horror

This is terrible and terrible is an understatement! The service providers still aren’t doing anything about such a terrible service.. I’ve been tracking my package for a week.. it was dispatched 5 business days ago from the depot in Durban but I haven’t received any call for deliver I’ve been calling to find out about the package but only being met with “please provide your tracking numbers and cellphone number and someone will call u” 4 times this has happened. I called 10 minutes ago only to be told I’m being put through to the supervisor but was on hold for 8 minutes next thing they hung up. As I read the reviews here I had to add my experience too.. this company especially in Durban is a horror story
