Dawn Wing: Heel Draggers

Dawn Wing has been utterly awful in doing the one thing they're supposed to: deliver packages! I've been waiting on a parcel since last Wednesday. They recorded the wrong address, which was corrected, only to have them constantly move the package around between the JHB and Westrand Depot. So much so that even THEY don't know where the parcel is. The driver, when spoken to on the phone, was clearly drunk and horrifically rude, eventually hanging up on me. I tried customer service, only to be greeted by a 15 minute wait and apathetic, indifferent staff that just send me to reception when asked to help. All I want is the one, simple parcel that I paid for. This has been nothing short of awful!
