Dawn Wing have rude employees & my parcel delivered delayed

I very angry & dissatisfied. I was supposed to get my parcel today 10th May 2023 from under armour. Dawn Wing called in the morning at 7am dat they will deliver. I asked them to tell me when they are coming like 30 minutes. Surprise the driver told he doesn’t have airtime & he was so rude. Then, I called the call centre at 16h30 also found a rude employee. So why am I getting my parcel as indeed asap!
