Dawn Wing has no wings

I received an sms yesterday saying my parcel would be delivered before 5pm. YESTERDAY. I waited all day and nothing. I noticed that my street name was spelt incorrectly on the sms immediately when I received the sms so I corrected it via the sms link. At 17h05, I requested a please call me via the same sms link and nothing even now, still nothing. On their website it says parcel could not be delivered and no contact details for me. Then how did they sms me? Terrible service. Where is Pargo? Pargo couriers are professional and efficient. Dawn Wing your service sucks. Terrible service indeed. Oh and here's my number seen as how your website says you have no contact info for me ***. So disappointed.
